STRONG WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PRO TRANSPORT TRUCKING SOFTWARE REQUIRED - if you do not meet this requirement, please do not apply!

• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience in trucking industry

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office is required

Qualifications:

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy of paperwork

• Focus on efficiency and timeliness with ability to prioritize and multitask

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Effective interpersonal and verbal/written English communication skills

• Deadline and detail-oriented with willingness to work extended hours as needed

Responsibilities:

• Generate statements for 40+ drivers (load pay, fuel reports, EFS advances, PrePass tolls, etc.)

• Process load paperwork and generate invoices

• Work with factoring company to invoice customers

• Collect payments and resolve payment processing issues

• Compute and record numerical data

• Check the accuracy of business transactions

• Perform data entry and administrative duties
